We request clients to inform the studio as early as possible if an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. Cancellation and rescheduling are subject to appointment availability and any booking-specific terms communicated by the studio.
Makeup bookings are non-refundable. Any advance or booking amount paid for a makeup service is not refundable. Please confirm your date, service and requirements before making a payment.
